Our Summer Engineering Projects Program (SEPP) gives students a unique opportunity to make a difference. Through SEPP, we build student teams and pair them with dedicated mentors to complete select engineering projects that have specific milestones and deliverables. Established in 1995, SEPP focuses on projects relevant to our actual business needs and provides interns with challenging technical assignments.
Available to interns at junior, senior and graduate levels, the program gives students the opportunity to use classroom knowledge in a business setting, work as a team and present their projects to executive leadership in a formal environment at the end of the summer.
In addition to giving students real-life experience and helping Rockwell Collins meet business needs, the program also helps us build stronger relationships with schools and enhance recruitment of future engineering talent.
