Rockwell Collins declares regular quarterly dividend

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (October 26, 2009) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share on its common stock, payable Dec. 7, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 16, 2009.
